HOW DO I.... REGISTER WITH THE PRACTICE? Please contact reception in the first instance. You will be advised of the procedure. All newly registered patients will be asked to make an appointment with the practice nurse for a short health check. We regard this as important as it bridges the gap until we receive your medical records, which may take some time. If you request an 'On Line Service Registration Form' and complete your personal details, you will be able to log on to the EMIS ACCESS website where you will be able to: a. Make, check and cancel appointments b. Request repeat prescriptions c. Change your contact details After completion of the registration form, you will be given a print out containing your login information and instructions.
