REGISTER WITH THE PRACTICE?

Please contact reception in the first instance. You will be advised of the procedure.

All newly registered patients will be asked to make an appointment with the practice nurse for a short health check. We regard this as important as it bridges the gap until we receive your medical records, which may take some time.
