HOW
DO I.... OBTAIN
A REPEAT PRESCRIPTION?
If you are on regular medication
you will be issued with a computer-printed prescription. It will be likely that
you will be asked to see a doctor every few months so that your condition can
be reviewed. You will be given a computer copy of your medication to make re-ordering
easier.
Please let us have this slip at
least 48 hours before you require the prescription.
Unfortunately we cannot accept telephone
requests for prescriptions.
If you would like a prescription
posted to you, please enclose a stamped addressed envelope.
Order early to allow for postal
delays, especially on public holidays.
Please let the reception staff know
if your medication has been changed following a hospital visit.
Medication can be picked up from
several chemists - please ask reception staff.
