Jerry Mills is in overall charge of all administration and staff matters at the surgery.

Practice Nurses

Sue Sleigh, Helen Allen, Carolyn Shemmonds

Our nurses handle all nursing duties such as dressing, taking specimens, ear syringing, injections, vaccinations and blood pressure monitoring. They also deal with minor injuries and give advice about foreign travel, preventative care and routine contraception advice.

Health Care Assistant

Alastair Asher carries out patient health checks, routine blood pressure checks and takes blood.

District Nurses

They provide care to the housebound and those newly discharged from hospital that is unable to travel to the surgery and require nursing care.

Health Visitors

Our health visitors who deal with under 5s and antenatal patients, visit patients at home and are also available to deal with problems. Call 020 8979 6464 Ext 215.

Community Midwife

The midwife deals with all matters relating to pregnancy, delivery and postnatal care. Telephone 020 8546 7711 Ext 2626.

Phlebotomist

A phlebotomist is available, by appointment, to take blood tests.

PRACTICE COMMITMENT

We will:

  • Offer you an appointment on the same day if your problem is urgent.
  • Respond immediately to an emergency.
  • Provide authorised repeat prescriptions within two working days following a written request.
  • Provide medical cover during opening times.

We aim at all times to:

  • See you normally within 20 minutes of your appointment time.
  • Provide an explanation if the doctor is delayed.

To help us to help you we ask you to:

  • Come to the surgery if at all possible, rather then request a home visit.
  • Give us advance warning if you will be unable to attend your appointment or will be late.
  • Please tell us if you change your name, address or telephone number.
  • Take advantage of our preventative services.
